What You Need to Know
When You Arrive
During your visit, please restrain your pets with a leash or pet carrier. If
needed, we will be happy to provide either for your use.
Prescriptions
Please call the office prior to picking up any medication, including
heartworm prevention. This way we may optimize your time by having your pet's
prescription waiting.
Reminder System
Our computerized office enables us to mail monthly reminders for needed
vaccinations and tests, as well as information about new types of care and
services that may benefit your pet.
Fees
We accept cash, checks, debit, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover and American
Express cards for required payment at the
time of service. We also honor "Care Credit," a credit card payment plan for
pet owners. Ask our staff for more details.
